We are delighted to announce that Precious Gems has been awarded £2,000 from Tesco Bags of Help, to support Kearsley Knit and Natter project. Thank you to everyone who has voted for Precious Gems, we wouldn’t have won without your help. The ladies at Kearsley Knit and Natter knitted big blankets and donated them to Farnworth Care Home. They also knitted baby items and donated them to Fort Alice.

With £2,000 from Tesco, ladies at Kearsley Knit and Natter will knit hats and scarves for the homeless the for the winter period, Twiddle Muffs for people living with Dementia at Bolton Royal Hospital and some items for premature babies at Salford Royal.
