Dr. Nosa Akpede is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria and a fellow of West African College of Physicians. She is a consultant public health Physician and the Acting Director, Institute of Lassa fever, Research and Control, Irrua Specialist teaching hospital, Edo state, Nigeria.
She is currently working with national and international research partners on viral hemorrhagic fevers with emphasis on yellow fever. Her other areas of interest are occupational health, nutrition, and social and rehabilitative medicine. She has co-authored some publications from research in public health.
Akpede is the Director of Precious Gems Africa and a member of the board of trustees.

Professor George O. Akpede is Consultant Pediatrician (Neurology & Infectious Diseases) and Professor of Paediatrics.
He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians, Fellow of the Nigerian Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and has served as a resource person in several scientific seminars, workshops, and public lectures. He is a member of the West African College of Physicians’ Expert Committee on Viral Haemorrhagic Fevers, Member, National Lassa fever Rapid Response Committee and Chairman, National Lassa fever Stakeholders’ Forum of Nigeria.
His interests include the diagnosis and management of acute CNS infections, with particular reference to acute bacterial meningitis, acute undifferentiated fevers, diarrhoeal diseases, and viral haemorrhagic fevers, with particular reference to Lassa fever. He has authored and co-authored a modest number of publications from research in these and areas of paediatrics and child health.

Dr. Wilson Abhuluime Ovienria holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree with Honours in Optometry from the University of Benin as well as a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the same University.
He is a member of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN), Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS), Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) and member of the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO).
He is also a Fellow of the Vitreoretinal Subspecialty (FVRS) from Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh and holds a Developing Country Eye Researcher Fellowship of the Association of Researcher in Vision and Ophthalmology (FARVO).
He holds several National, Regional and International Certificates in short courses in various Subspecialties in Ophthalmology which includes Ophthalmic Microsurgery, Vitreoretinal Surgery, Ocular Oncology, and Oculoplastic Surgery.
He has presented papers in several National, Regional and International Conferences and is a resource person in various Update Courses of both the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and The West African College of Surgeons.
He is also a member of various professional bodies locally, and internationally.

Benjamin was born into an Urhobo family in Delta State, Udu local government, Ovwian community to be precise, He was born into the Sharta family and his both Parents hail from Ovwian community. He was born into a family where christainity is a must and that built his exemplary lifestyle and nurtured him to be a young man whom all youth will want to emulate. He attended Eyagbugbe Primary School, Ogberikoko Secondary School both in Ogberikoko community, Warri. Hon Benjamin Elohor Sharta further studied Computer Science where he got his B.sc from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka (UNIZIK), During his school days, due to is passion for entertainment, he went into Disc Jockery and he became the most popular Disc Jocker in Udu and it's environ and that's how he was nicknamed DJ Ben, because of his zeal in rebranding the society in all spheres of life, he contested and won the office of the President of DJs Association in Delta State.
Hon Benjamin Sharta aka DJ Ben humility is second to none and his love for the people's growth, he obeyed the Clarion call for him to serve them in Udu legislative chamber where he contested and won as a councillor in Ward 11 Ovwian community using the then opposition party Labour Party Presently All Progressive Congress (APC), His achievement in the local government legislative chamber is first of its kind that includes: The training of over 500 men, women and youth in different skills acquisition program through Hon Benjamin Sharta foundation, 5 scholarships were given to children in all quarters each in Ovwian community which he represented, He donated double overhead water tank and 5 mono pumps to his community, employment of women to be sweeping the community roads and they were duly paid monthly by him, he engaged the youths in football tournament yearly so as to bring more unity and peace through sportsmanship, He attracted several road projects to his community through the help of NDDC, there was mass distribution of chairs, tables and books to public schools, all this and many more were his achievements as a councillor and that what was led to the numerous award and accolades that was showered on him which includes: The Best Councillor in Delta State 2017, Recognition by foreign NGOs which later made him thier representative in Nigeria, Most Performing and Outstanding Urhobo Youth 2016, and many awards too numerous to mentioned.
Hon Benjamin Elohor Sharta aka DJ Ben has always defended democracy and he is a role model to so many youth aspiring for political offices in Delta State. He also flew the flag of the All Progressive Congress (APC) during the just concluded general election as thier Udu House of Assembly Candidate.
Hon Benjamin Sharta is a peace loving man and he is blessed with Mrs Helen Sharta and four lovely children.
