Precious Gems Africa in collaboration with Pink Box Initiative carried out a menstrual awareness day in Tanzania

Africa at the WOTESAWA young domestic workers centre. This event addressed the stigma around menstruation with questions and answer session from participants. There was demonstration on how to use menstrual cups, followed by distribution of menstrual cups by Volunteers. Participants had opportunity to consult with a volunteer gynaecologist. Participants were grateful for the event and look forward to more.
