Jen from Bolton CCG visited Precious Gems – Knit and Natter project based at Halliwell Ucan Centre. She spoke to members about increased services at the local health centre, including mental health, muscles and bones. She also spoke about the flu vaccine and increased opening hours including weekends. Thank you so much, Jen.
Nicola the Nutritionist from Age UK, spoke to ladies at Kearsley Knit and Natter about healthy eating. And she gave advice on how to reduce weight for those who are overweight and how to increase weight to those who underweight. Thank you, Nicola.
